Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026.

This policy explains what information Dreamrs collects through dreamrs.io, when you contact us, and in Holos, the internal software Dreamrs uses to run operations and marketing for Dreamrs and the businesses it manages, and how we use it.

Visiting this website

This website has no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs. Each log entry records the requesting IP address, the browser's user-agent string, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs to count visits and to keep the site secure. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share them.

Contacting us

If you email us at hi@dreamrs.io, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message. We use it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell it, and we share it only when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or with service providers who help us operate under confidentiality obligations.

Holos and connected accounts

Holos connects only to accounts that Dreamrs or the businesses it manages own or manage. It never accesses a visitor's or client's own account.

  • Google Search Console (read-only): Holos reads search performance data (impressions and clicks) for websites we own or manage, to understand how they appear in Google Search.
  • YouTube: our self-hosted publishing tool uploads and manages videos we approve on YouTube channels we own or manage, and reads basic channel and video statistics.
  • Facebook and Instagram: our publishing tool publishes posts we approve to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts we own or manage, and reads basic Page information and engagement statistics for them.

We use this data only to publish our own content and to understand how our own websites and channels perform. We store it on our own systems. We do not sell it, share it with third parties or use it for advertising.

Holos's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our publishing tool uses YouTube API Services, and the Google Privacy Policy explains how Google handles information.

Removing access and deleting data

  • Google: remove our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Facebook: go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations or Apps and websites, and remove the Dreamrs Social app.
  • Instagram: go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove the Dreamrs Social app.
  • Deletion requests: to have us delete data we obtained through these connections, email hi@dreamrs.io with the subject "Data deletion" and the account or Page involved. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Keeping information secure

We limit access to the information we hold to the people and systems that need it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
