These terms are between you and Dreamrs Technology Inc. ("Dreamrs", "we", "us"). They cover your use of dreamrs.io and of Holos, the internal software Dreamrs uses to run operations and marketing for Dreamrs and the businesses it manages, including its publishing tool, Dreamrs Social, which posts to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. By using this website or connecting an account to Holos, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

This website

Some pages describe the Dreamrs network concept, including marketplaces, crowdfunding and digital tokens. They describe ideas and demonstrations, not products for sale. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, tokens, securities or any other investment, and nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. This website does not take orders or payments.

You may view and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy or republish the site's content without our written permission, use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you, or try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to it. The Dreamrs name, logo and site content belong to Dreamrs or its licensors.

Holos and Dreamrs Social are internal tools

Holos is not offered to the public. No visitor or client can sign up for it or sign in to it. Only Dreamrs and the businesses it manages use it, and only with accounts they own or manage:

• Google Search Console: reading search performance data, read-only, for websites we own or manage.
• YouTube: uploading and managing videos we approve on YouTube channels we own or manage, and reading basic channel and video statistics.
• Facebook and Instagram: publishing posts we approve to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts we own or manage, and reading basic Page information and engagement statistics for them.

Connecting an account

Anyone who connects an account to Holos must be authorized to act for the business that owns it. Holos publishes only content that business has approved. The account holder can remove Holos's access at any time, and we delete the data we obtained through the connection on request, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Platform terms

When Holos works with these platforms, their own terms also apply:

• YouTube: Holos uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy describes how Google handles data.
• Google Search Console: the Google Terms of Service.
• Facebook and Instagram: Meta's Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use.

Links to other websites

This website links to sites and profiles run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranty

We provide this website and Holos "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dreamrs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or Holos. This does not limit our obligations under a separate written agreement, or any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
